Thanks to those Board Members who attended the Friday morning Board meeting at BOMA Greater New York's office at Penn Plaza.

Chair Tim O'Donald, Shelby Christensen (BOMA International Executive Committee Member) and Executive Director Sharon Moran participate in the Board discussion.

Ms. Christensen spoke about the new certification for those new to the commercial real estate industry.  BOMA International is looking for individuals to participate in beta testing of the certification course.  If interested, please reach out to BOMA International's Vice President, Pat Areno.
